This pair of luxury boutique buildings is immaculately designed and naturally integrates into the area’s architectural outline while embodying a modern adaptation of its various layers. In addition to their contemporary design, the buildings are characterized by meticulous planning, addressing the finest details. As each building has relatively few residents – only 16 apartments in Bloch 36 and 27 apartments in Bloch 34, spread over 8 floors – the residents can enjoy a small, intimate community of neighbors and a sense of privacy, both inside the apartments and in the common areas – including an underground parking lot, a common bicycle room and a designer lobby in each building. To enable a perfect living experience, suited to the needs of every resident, each building’s plan includes a wide variety of apartment types – from 3-bedroom apartments to a luxurious penthouse. Each of them is characterized by an abundance of natural light, ideal planning, and rich, uncompromising specifications.

The Project
A Contemporary Classic

The aspiration to create a project that would fit into the landscape of the area’s environment but grant it a new and intriguing dimension guided the architectural planning process from its earliest stages. To perfectly meet this goal, the task was entrusted to the Tel Aviv Architect Office MY-ARCHITECTS, that had already left its unique mark throughout the city as well as in international projects.

The architectural vision of the project draws its inspiration from the beating heart of Tel Aviv, known for its Bauhaus style. On the foundations of the simple and functional planning principles inherent to the style, the architects applied a modern façade to generate special interest by integrating natural elements and innovative materials. Thanks to the precise balance between the international style and contemporary design trends, the building pair will benefit from an eye-catching look that would remain relevant for many more years.

The Bloch 34-36 building pair is a contemporary interpretation of the highly-regarded Bauhaus style, with meticulous attention to smart planning and timeless design
